Proud to deliver an iconic piece of Sibiu, mixing notions of old and new, industrial and retail. The architectural approach references the site’s history as the former Simerom factory and its proximity to the old town centre, with a façade built from at least seven different materials.

The centre brings together 135 retail units including the first Kaufland hypermarket inside a shopping mall, multiple Inditex brands (Zara, Bershka, Massimo Dutti, Oysho, Pull & Bear, Stradivarius), H&M, New Yorker and the nine-screen CineGold cinema.
