Plovdiv Shopping Centre

We assist NEPI Project Four in launching a dominant entertainment destination in Bulgaria. The shopping centre brings together 200 local and international brands, entertainment and leisure facilities, a multiplex cinema and a hypermarket.

The scheme also includes 12 levels of office space (approximately 40,000 sqm) and parking for over 1,500 vehicles across seven levels, with convenient access by car or public transport.
